Thanks to Ann posting at Episcopal Cafe This is a really good video prepared by Integrity. It should be seen by all of our delegates to General Convention.
Update: There's another Integrity video on Why Marriage Equity in the Church? which has some of our bishops including the Bishop of Maine on Episcopal Cafe.

I was pleased to watch this. Thanks for posting it.
I thought they did a really good job.
The Bishop of Maine is so, well, solid and normal ¨being¨...it´s so good to see a man speaking on this topic with great ease, comfort and confidence...for me it´s a spiritually and emotionally healthy departure from a lot of the noise that we´ve been listening to from Gafconners and their lot of very troubled mischiefmakers.
Speaking plain truth in ministry is so soothing, welcoming, loving as well as a indication of the depth of the bonafide Good News!
+Steve is a good fit for the diocese. He's been our diocesan for less than a year. He has a wonderful sense of humor, is a good musician and a very down to earth person. I like him a lot. I still miss +Chilton, though, who had a very different way about her. She is one of the most loving and present women you'd ever want to meet.
There is a Episcopalian living here (volunteering on a big help project) for a year or two...she LOVED +Chilton she told me at a dinner party Monday night...her name is Stevie, do you know her?
I don't think so. I've been here in Maine about 3 years and both parishes are in isolated areas. I know a lot of the clergy who do interim work and a some of the permanent clergy, but not too many lay people unless they're members of the communities I've served. I will be seeing +Chilton next week. I'm going to a concert in Portland with my deacon and the Bp. and her husband.
Give her Stevies regards!
I will.
